What principles do we observe?

We respect and protect your privacy. We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent permitted or required by data protection law or with the consent of the data subject.

What data do we process?

If you only use our website to obtain information about our practice, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

We evaluate this technical data anonymously and only for statistical purposes in order to constantly optimize our website and to be able to offer you the most convenient and secure service possible. The possibility of drawing conclusions about specific persons is excluded.

We collect personal data from you when you contact us, e.g. by e-mail or telephone. Only the necessary data is collected (data minimization) We process the following personal data:

Your data will not be transferred to third parties due to our confidentiality obligation. This also applies to disclosure to spouses, parents or children. There are exceptions, for example

What rights do you have?

You have a comprehensive right of access to the data that our company stores about you. You have the right to request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and information in accordance with Article 15 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSVGO) and Section 57 of the EU Data Protection Adaptation and Implementation Act (DSAnpUG-EU). The personal data concerning you will be made available to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In addition, you have the right to rectification, blocking and erasure of your personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions, Section 58 DSAnpUG-EU: Your right to rectification gives you the opportunity to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration - and to correct inaccurate data, taking into account the purposes of the processing (Article 16 EU GDPR). Your user account (homepage) and your data stored on our customer card will be automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

What security measures do we use or recommend?

We use state-of-the-art technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and alteration. We would like to point out that unencrypted contact by e-mail does not guarantee the confidentiality of the transmitted information during transmission. We therefore recommend that you only send confidential information by letter. Our employees are obliged to maintain data secrecy.

What scope do we cover?

This privacy policy applies to all websites and digital services for which we are responsible. These websites may contain links to websites and services of other companies and organizations. This declaration does not extend to these.

Cookies

In addition to this data, cookies are also stored on your computer when you use our website. When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plug-in. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. Integration of third-party services and content

We use content or service offers from third-party providers within our online offer on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. Publication of job advertisements / online job applications

Your application data will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of handling the application process. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, the data you have submitted may be stored by us in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. If your job application is rejected, the data you have submitted will be deleted automatically two months after notification of the rejection. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (e.g. the burden of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our database of interested parties.
