Our Dental Practice in Dresden

As a private patient or a health insurance patient with optional services, you will receive a so-called "private liquidation" from us at the end of your treatment. As you may need to submit this to the financial aid office or the tax office at the end of the year, you will always receive a duplicate invoice from us.

We offer our patients the opportunity to participate in our recall system on request. This means that we will remind you in writing (post, e-mail, SMS) or by telephone of your upcoming appointments for your annual check-ups, prophylaxis appointments and follow-up appointments in the areas of periodontology, endodontics and implantology.

The dental practice is located in Kesselsdorf, a small town about 3 km from the outskirts of the state capital Dresden. The practice can be easily reached from the city center of Dresden via the federal highway 173, with an approximate travel time of 15 minutes. Our practice can be reached quickly and easily from surrounding towns such as Pirna, Freital, Freiberg, Chemnitz and Bautzen via the A17 and A4 highways. For patients without a car, the Dresden regional transport service (line 333) runs from Dresden city center to the practice at regular intervals.

Unfortunately, there may be waiting times despite making an appointment. Our staff will inform you accordingly and offer alternatives if necessary. To shorten the waiting time, we offer you a wide range of newspapers and magazines. It may also happen that a patient who has arrived after you is called for treatment before you! He/she may then have an appointment with another member of staff for a consultation or prophylaxis.

Ongoing professional qualification is one of our basic principles. To this end, our dentists and staff regularly attend further training courses in all specialist areas. In addition, at our training center - Zahnärzteforum Sachsen e.V. - we offer special training courses for colleagues and practice staff in the following specialist areas: Implantology, endodontics, prophylaxis, hygiene, billing and quality management.
